DOA Product
ArcaStor accepts defective product exchanges if returned within 30 days of the delivery date. ArcaStor will quickly ship a replacement product to you. All DOA products returned must include an RMA issued from ArcaStor.
Refund Policy
Outside of a DOA product, ArcaStor does not accept returned products or issue credits. Most products from ArcaStor are procured from the manufacturer’s direct channels. ArcaStor purchases this inventory via bank wire, and is unable to return product to the manufacturers, and therefore does not accept returns or refunds. We are committed to supplying quality product to our clients and will exchange DOA product and/or RMA defective parts, features or systems.

ArcaStor’s Warranty
All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the delivery date are dynamic. We will work with you to get your systems up & running ASAP. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each internal product or sub-assembly. Please contact your sales representative for information on an On-site Support contract for your equipment.
Extended Support
Requests for technical service and support are scheduled by ArcaStor and the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. ArcaStor provides on-line, and at our discretion, on-site technical help on all our products as well as links to the manufacturer’s technical assistance.
